What this website is
This website-hosted interface at https://pemfy.com (the “Interface”) is a frontend that enables users to interact with third-party blockchain networks, wallets, decentralized protocols, liquidity providers, bridges, and other digital-asset infrastructure (collectively, the “Services”). The Interface does not own, operate, control, or manage those third-party networks, protocols, smart contracts, wallets, liquidity pools, bridges, or transactions conducted through them.
As-is, and not advice
The Interface is provided “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis. You use it at your own risk. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transfer any digital asset or security, or investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
Risks you accept
Digital-asset transactions involve significant risks, including loss of funds, smart-contract vulnerabilities, fraud, market volatility, insufficient liquidity, network congestion, transaction failure, slippage, incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported assets, and changes to third-party services. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are solely responsible for reviewing all transaction details—including the blockchain network, token, amount, destination address, fees, and slippage—before signing or submitting any transaction.
Your keys stay yours
Pemfy does not request, receive, or store your seed phrase or private keys. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, passwords, and other authentication information. Never share them with anyone.
Who may use the Interface
By accessing or using this Interface, you confirm that you are not located in, a citizen or resident of, or acting on behalf of the United States, the European Union or EEA, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Belgium, or any other jurisdiction where access to digital assets or tokenized securities is restricted or prohibited; that you are not using any VPN or similar tools to circumvent such restrictions; and that you are not subject to applicable sanctions.
You further confirm that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to digital assets, securities, anti-money-laundering requirements, sanctions, taxation, and consumer protection. You must not use the Interface for unlawful activity or to facilitate transactions involving sanctioned persons, entities, or jurisdictions.
If you do not meet these conditions, you must leave this website immediately.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use of the Interface after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Interface.
